By accessing the Websites, using our Services, or providing information to a Seller Finance Academy representative, you are giving us your consent to collect, use, and disclose your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, then do not access or use the Services, the Websites or any other aspect of our business. This may include information about third parties such as seller information, property address, and other deal information provided by you via intake forms, applications, surveys, homework, coaching worksheets, Student Success Advisor meetings, curriculum coaching partner interactions, deal trackers, and posts in our private community forum. We process this information solely to provide the services.
Content you provide through our Websites. We collect content that you submit to our Websites, which include social media or social networking websites operated by us.
Content you provide as a prospective customer. For our prospects, we may collect your name, email, phone number, application responses, webinar registration details, survey and quiz responses, sales-call notes, social media handles when prospects engage, and marketing engagement data (e.g. opens, clicks, ad interactions).
Information you provide through our support channels. The Services also include customer support, where you may submit inquiries or other information regarding a problem you are experiencing with a Service. Whether you open a support ticket, speak to one of our representatives directly or otherwise engage with our support team, you will be asked to provide contact information, a summary or description of the problem you are experiencing, and any other documentation, screenshots or information that would be helpful in resolving the issue.
Payment information you provide. We collect payment and billing information when you register for certain paid Services. This information includes your name, email, phone, mailing address; business name if enrolling as a business entity; program and payment-plan details; and payment information that is processed by our secure third party payment solutions provider.

In some cases, we may not be able to remove your information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to and why.

While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
